I've been going to Sentana Fitness for over a year now and it's honestly been a game changer for my fitness journey. When I first started, I was a complete beginner to the gym but from day one Tom and the entire team made me feel so welcomed and supported. I regularly attend the Hyrox and strengthening classes and the progress I've made over the last year is amazing. My fitness levels have improved massively and I now enjoy every session. The classes are intense and really push you, but the results are worth it. One of the best parts is the atmosphere & people within the gym, there's always a great buzz. The classes are continually growing, with people of all abilities joining in. Everyone is friendly, supportive and motivates each other to keep going. Tom and Jamie the are fantastic coaches — super knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping you improve.
