As this is a remote service you are agreeing that you are competent to participate and conduct exercise tests and the resulting programmes without the supervision of Setanta Fitness Coaches. You are agreeing to indemnify Setanta Fitness and its employees should any injury occur as a result of either testing or participating in the programmes provided. By signing up to Setanta Fitness online programming you are agreeing to this term.
Our promise is to return your individualised programme to you within 5 working days which will include a link to download and register on our training app TEAMBUILDR where you will find your individualised programme and all exercises demonstrated via in app videos.
