Cold Water Therapy
Our cold-water immersion ice baths are an effective recovery method used to support muscle repair and reduce the physical stress of intense training and competition. Cold exposure helps manage inflammation, reduce soreness, and prepare the body for the next performance.

The Experience
- The baths suite is limited to 8 members only at a time
- Each session lasts 45 minutes which allows 15mins cleaning for next session
- Users can interchange between sauna, baths and recliner chair during session
- Separate male and female changing facilities with showers are on site beside suite

I've been going to Sentana Fitness for over a year now and it's honestly been a game changer for my fitness journey.
