The heart of Setanta Fitness is its founder and head coach, Tom Gribben. With a UKSCA-accredited Level 3 Diploma in Strength & Conditioning, Tom brings a high level of expertise in athletic development, movement mechanics, and long-term coaching strategies. He has guided hundreds of individuals through performance training, rehabilitation, and strength-building programs, with a particular focus on GAA athletes.

Tom’s passion for coaching extends beyond the gym floor. As an educator, he delivers hybrid training programmes for aspiring strength and conditioning coaches, blending science-backed knowledge with practical application. His reputation for clear communication, technical skill, and results-driven methods has made him a trusted figure in the field.
